Primary Project means all types of property built by a developer or a legal entity PT. Primary property also refers to property that has never been occupied and/or owned before.

Primary property has several advantages and disadvantages, which are as follows:

Advantages of Primary Properties:

  1. New Building
    The appearance of the newly built property will look more modern and with a newer design, the property will appear more attractive.
  2. Many Choices for Buyers
    Often primary properties are built on land that is still very newly developed, so buyers will have many choices in what kind of property to buy.
  3. More Guaranteed
    If you buy a primary property, then you as a buyer will be more secure with the fact that you are buying the property from a development company that is legally incorporated as PT.

Disadvantages of Primary Properties:

  1. Same Design
    In developments carried out by developers, they will build properties with the same design.
  2. Buyers must wait for the property to be completed
    Not all development companies will build a lot of properties at the same time, so often new properties will be built when there are potential buyers who want to buy.
