Advantages of Primary Properties:

Often primary properties are built on land that is still very newly developed, so buyers will have many choices in what kind of property to buy. - More Guaranteed
If you buy a primary property, then you as a buyer will be more secure with the fact that you are buying the property from a development company that is legally incorporated as PT.
Disadvantages of Primary Properties:
- Same Design
In developments carried out by developers, they will build properties with the same design. - Buyers must wait for the property to be completed
Not all development companies will build a lot of properties at the same time, so often new properties will be built when there are potential buyers who want to buy.
